This is a non profit that is currently going through the process of obtaining a 503(c)3 and later down the road, a 503(c)4.

We will be providing services to Non-Profits, Individuals, Federal, State & Mission-Focused Organizations. 

Core Services:

• Social Justice Program Development: Helping organizations create and implement impactful social justice programs through needs assessments, program design, implementation support, evaluation, and strategic partnerships.
• Second Chance Employment Advocacy: Supporting individuals with criminal records in their job search through coaching, resume/interview preparation, and employer partnerships focused on inclusive hiring practices.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB): Providing tailored DEIB solutions for organizations, including needs assessments, strategy development, implementation support, and training programs, all from the lens of neurodivergent professionals.
• Supported Employment Consulting: 
  *We help individuals with disabilities find and maintain meaningful employment.
  *We partner with employers to create inclusive workplaces and hire diverse talent.
  *We provide customized support and resources to navigate the employment process.
  *We empower individuals to achieve their career goals and contribute to the workforce.
• Strategic Alliance Consulting: Facilitating impactful partnerships for organizations through identification, development, and management, building strong and sustainable alliances.
• Driving Social Impact: Helping organizations measure and maximize their social impact through comprehensive assessments, robust measurement frameworks, and strategic impact plans.
